When did your dealer receive your car and/or how long did it take to get the amp?

I called my dealership parts department today to see if they knew anything but no luck. They suggested I call PNA which went no where claiming the local dealership knows more than they do. Could be a week, could be 8 months they claim.

My car has been at my dealership since 6/23 with no ETA and only “we’ll call you as soon as it arrives”. So frustrating. They indicated they don’t see a lot of cars optioned with Burmester so they have no sense how long it may be.

I have a RWD built 5/16 and shipped to San Diego and now sitting at my dealership waiting a Burmester chip. No ETA for the part and delivery.

Initially my car beat my TYD date of 7/8/22 but now being held at my local dealership for a Burmester chip with no ETA.

My TYD never tracked the transit from Emden to San Diego. I used MarineTraffic ap to track it thru the canal to San Diego. TYD has been umbrella racer all day.

I suppose the UK standard is J1772 then the answer for US market is adapter required.

Would you still need a Tesla to J1772 adapter or does this option change to charger port on the car?

Porsche sent me an email that said my build was completed and an “invite” to check my TYD for next steps. I guess I misspoke as they didn’t send the photo directly but added them to MyPorsche app.

Production started for my Taycan 5/5 and completed 5/11. Got to the port of Emden on 5/13. Received email of completion along with several photos while on the line. Expected in San Diego 6/17 and delivery 7/8. Hope it holds.

At what stage of the process as tracked on TYD does Porsche assign your vehicle a VIN? I thought I’d read that at some point they make your VIN available on My Porsche app or website.
