adding to the - highly unlikely at that mileage you will need either brakes or pads replacing.
When I clean mine, I use a product that dissolves brake dust turning it purple in the process. On regular cars the whole wheel goes purple but on my taycan there is hardly a trace.
I am up to 33k...
Posting in case others have this issue.
Had no connection for a week or so which annoyed my daughter more than anyone as I couldn't pre-heat the car.
When I got into the car with my phone the LTE service went from no connection to connected.
Fixed by turning my phone off and starting -...
waddya know - looks like Porsche electrics went to the same finishing school as alfa electrics. fault cleared itself after a few dry days. will get it looked at next time car is in though.
started yesterday still showing today. was exceptionally wet yesterday and today is likely the same - dry on the weekend so will see if it clears when everything dries out (having owned a couple of Alfa Romeos - this was standard practice :CWL: )
can't see other posts about this - got this goofy error message just now. am guessing the parking break is not functioning. car works just fine so am assuming the issue is that the parking brake is not going on.
anyone had the same?
if you have windscreen cover on your insurance you could just accidentally tap it with a brick...
had a new screen on mine due to a crack and within 10 miles got a chip on the new one :headbang:
was considering the same but was put off by a couple of friends who had had M5's and weren't that impressed. A lot came down to ride quality which is very relevant in the UK as our roads are pretty beat up.
no brake fluid - said this is a 2 yr interval - am just over 1 year. but tbh other than a track day, I doubt the brakes have been used at all. always astonishes me when I use our iron and fallout remover that turns purple as it reacts with iron particles and on normal cars the wheels are...
don't fall for any of the brand specific marketing hocum. Porsche mainly use PPG paint and there's nothing specific about the leathers they use for interiors.
just go for a reputable brand.
for sure!
find it staggering that car companies didn't learn from tesla re the port positioning. makes zero sense having the charging ports so far away from the front / rear of the car.
can't imagine an elderly person having much fun wrestling a fast charge cable.
yes and no. on a couple I have been able to only occupy a single bay. One one they had a rubber curb too far back (I think) which meant the only way I could get close enough was to park side on and occupy 4 bays  - luckily it wasn't busy and I left my number on the dash just in case.
