For the last year: 85mph range mode setting, no issues
Thursday: Down to 65mph limiter, no setting available to change (I've changed it before, so know where it was - it was no longer there)

It is hit or miss.
On any given day, one of three things is about equally likely to happen:
PCM never fully boots the UI (sits on a spinning circle)
Bluetooth/WiFi turns on, but only after about 5-10m of driving
The aforementioned "Activate" screen keeps popping up, and Bluetooth/WiFi never works

That said, I think the RR is a fantastic driving experience. It is not a driver's car in the sense of handling / road feel, but it makes driving a very pleasurable and luxurious experience. Many folks don't want to feel every pothole or need to turn on a dime.
