I experience this all the time. It is very difficult (for me at least) not to rub against it when getting into the car. It should not be so easy to dislodge. The cover spends most of the time in the back seat.

Another successful installation of the PimpMyEV custom puddle lamps. Followed these instructions from @PDACPA. Couldn't be easier and is so much better than Porsche's OEM lights. There is a little bit of light bleed around the lamp, but not significant at all.

I ordered without the electric badge but added it after (from Suncoast Parts). I went with glossy black logo for my Jet Black Metallic car. So it is a subtle but nice addition.
