Interesting, in my 2020 before the software update, I could reproduce this on demand in the dry. A slight turn + brake and ABS would immediately turn the regen off and mechanical brakes would only work at the very end of the peddle. After the update, I can only reproduce as you have described...

Porsche Downtown, bolts came in wed July 20, 2022. Service was completed and I finally got the car yesterday!
