No you can hear it inside and outside in any given setting...from Normal to Sport Plus. However, the sound slightly changes in Sport/SportPlus especially with up/down shifting. I do have it, and use it mainly in city traffic.

It looks stunning. Please share some more on the tune...before and after ..how does it feel? Any dragy or other gps based sharing? One day I put a tune on my TS CT...as it starts to feel slow again :)

Hi there. OEM 21 inch set up is for summer tires. No NF0 rated winter set up yet in 21 inch. Nonetheless, driving Michelin 21 inch winter set myself. I wouldn't recommend that tire width as you have mentioned above...as your wheel circumference will be "way off", -3.5% as I see. Have your data...
