I have the same issue, although I have never really used this feature. I only looked after the OTA/non-OTA update yesterday and I see exactly the same as you i.e. I can save destinations as favourites, but not "Send to Vehicle". I also can, as you can, send charging points to the vehicle...

Locked car, returned after an hour and this time the log off/log on procedure worked all services returned and app(s) now syncing. The lock/unlock button on MyPorsche has now disappeared. I will contain my disappointment, thank you all for your kind words at this difficult time.
