I've had 2 recalls in 2 years so no issue for me. The recent ARB6 I installed the software OTA and the dealer said I don't need to bring the car in. So I don't think this is excessive at at least Porche are making sure my car is safe.

Just found it dull. I'd take my Lotus Exige any day if I wanted an engaging spirited drive or on track of course.

I drove a GTS Cab at the Porsche Experience Centre and was underwhelmed compared to my Taycan GTS. Seemed slow.

I have had the ARB6 letter and now been able to to the OTA update. I asked the dealer if I still need to bring the car in for update and they said yes as they need to do checks which I don't understand. What will they be doing. Also I've not tried charging past 80%. Will it now restrict me to 80%?

I have a Lotus Exige too. Trust me the Taycan is easy to get in and out lol

Think also roads. I live in rural France and the Taycan is a challenge on the narrow roads.

I've had my 12v battery die so don't take chances now. I have a Lithium CTEK charger. I didn't know about the preconditioning and above 50% at the time but do this now also. It's a pain if it dies. There is a procedure on the forums on how to get the bonnet open and jump start the 12v battery...
