Never checked on car with app, left it at 85% picked up from dealer at 70. Assume they didn’t charge the car. Key fobs were locked in metal safe away from car. Only thing i could have done perhaps is lock it, didnt do that as mirrors were still extended.
After being delivered to dealer and checked out they said the 12V battery was fine and no clue as to why car died…. Purchased Ctek Lithium US charger and plan to leave connected when on future trips.
Dealer performed updates WPN9 and WPS9. Doubt those had anything to do with dead car.

So, appears I have two software updates, reprogram the central computer and one to reprogram the thermal management control unit.
Any idea what these two do?
The Taycan has had all updates applied, so apparently the main battery didnt keep the 12v battery charged. As mentioned main battery was at 85% before the trip. When I plugged charger in, after being jumped, car recognized the timer/profile setting and went into sleep mode so main battery was...
Thanks to all… Flat bed truck arrived and jumped to open frunk and jumped once again to power on the car. Was able to drive onto flatbed but car died once again after powering off. As all suggested 12V battery is probably dead after 4 years, but don’t believe the 12V top off is working as when...
Left the 2020 Taycan Turbo at 85% charge for 4 weeks and came back to a completely dead car. Had to use mechanical key to unlock door. Tried opening charge port with manual cord but that didn’t work as I have the electric charge doors. Appears everything locks when the battery goes...
2 weeks later here was the solution

Wish It was that simple but I renewed the subscription in May when the 3 year free period ended.
BTW car is still in the shop without any progress as of yet.
Car been in shop for a week so far and they haven’t figured out why there is no LTE. Now with level 2 Porsche techs. To be honest it has not worked consistently since purchased in May ‘20. Once before they replaced the CONNECT ECU, but must be something different this time.
PCM shows Verizon...
Checked with the parts department and is on massive back order. Clerk said they have gotten quite a few requests for replacements.
In other words be aware of the key in the fob.
Somehow the key is missing from my fob after getting a car wash and a trip to Costco. No idea how it could come out. Any idea where to get a blank? Searched around and was unable to locate. Any help appreciated.
Yep, I have the 20 amp ‘bug’. So to keep going down the rabbit hole, does 3014 correct the melting receptacle issue? Not looking forward to replacing current Leviton with the newly purchased Hubbell. Was a pita the first time around.
Have inspected plug and current receptacle and shows no sign...
