The dealer gave me very good advice, the car uses the last 600km to calculate the average kwh/mile or km and you need ca 1'000 km to have the regen activated, and then a realistic energy consumption. now it's ca 450 km at 100% SOC, and it's driven normally, not in a soft way

I'm happy to read this post, mine is 480 km now and has the same symptoms. I just can't drive that fast or brake that strong, Switzerland is not the country for crazy driving. I hope I can take some time on an nice German highway at full speed!

I have a freind who spent years working in automotive industry. And when they initiated a v2 (or facelift) of every car model, the primary objective is to improve the production cost. Getting attraction on the facelift is apparently a secondary objective.
Hi Domy, mine was ordered in July too, and I got a great surprise from the dealer that manufacturing is done and now importation in Switzerland, paper work ... delivery after 21st Feb.
by the way, the Porsche app still shows that the car is planned for manufacturing soon! Better this way
