I am told it is being escalated with the hope of having an eta this week. :(. Feels strange that glass isn’t stocked nationally.

    Panoramic Roof Replacement Cost

Seems glass is back ordered and the place Porsche sent me to isn’t technically capable of replacing it :(.. my insurance said Porsche told them no current eta for glass. Crazy. Calling Porsche to see what I can learn directly.

Yes I really want to see it in person. In pictures it seems to show the front humps aren’t as curved.

    Look before you charge!

This is why I started looking at investing in companies that will have major stakes in EV charging… they are going to make a killing the margins are nuts.

Bottomed out on parking lot dip and raised humps. Windshield wiper reservoir damaged

Should get it back next week or week after. For no body damage or paint work this has taken a long time to sort out and get done. A few weeks were wasted at the body shop which somehow they didn’t know they couldn’t do the repair until after 3 weeks..

Bottomed out on parking lot dip and raised humps. Windshield wiper reservoir damaged

Sounds like I will get it back next week! one odd thing the service rep mentioned was they had to unplug and drain the battery coolant as part of the replacement of the front subframe. I thought the battery coolant was a closed system for the life of the battery. Has anyone had to have their...

Dealers HV specialist says HV system is fine, so back to replacing the front subframe. Which is now happening at dealer and apparently requires draining of coolant for HV and is 50ish hours of work..

Bottomed out on parking lot dip and raised humps. Windshield wiper reservoir damaged

It would seem that when the body shop and State Farm reviewed the car they didn’t check the HV system…:( instead of picking up the car it was towed to a Porsche dealer who has an HV specialist to review if the HV system is ok. This is the first person I have talked to who suggested it could be...

How often is your Taycan on fire?

My problem with the training how to function in the car is the seat adjustment… one or both of my kids has broken the forward/backward button twice I am on my second one.. the design of that is horrific you have to buy the whole module and they make it impossible to repair correctly.
