The whining sound Im getting is when Im coasting at low speeds (20 mph and under), straight line, and turning at low speeds.

Yep, and it only makes the noise when Im not on the brakes.

This was basically what I was told after the rear rotors were replaced and the noise still existed. Im considering selling the car because of it.

Mine's been into service twice for this same noise issue at low speeds. Happens at turns, straight line. They originally changed the rear rotors but that hasn't fixed it. Its going back a 3rd time in July.

One of the more frustrating things is the main dashboard map has the PCM map up vs. an active Google, Waze, or Apple map when directions are on.
