Thanks - I’ve checked via the browser on my mobile phone and it does show the location, charge status etc. So it seems like the issue is related to the app as opposed to the server? The app did ask to login again but still the same.

My wife would’ve said, unless it was the kids! I don’t suppose the reverse camera records activity to video files I could retrieve and review when the lens narrowed?

Exactly - no visible dents or scrapes. Wife did say when she reversed into parking bay, that the car braked hard when reversing into the spot. Does it have brake assist when the car is reversing to avoid hitting the wall? If not, maybe that’s where it hit but no visible marks, scrapes, Also...

It does look dislodged but pushing it doesn’t seem to re-seat. There feels like a spring behind it so it’s not completely loose. See pics below.

2020 4S with performance plus in Surrey. Only charging to 80% which is currently showing estimated mileage of 170! A recent charge to 100% indicated 220 miles. During October 2022, I was seeing 220 (80%) and 261 (100%) so a big difference even when preheating battery.
