Apologies if this has already been asked somewhere else but is it possible to manually raise and lower the spoiler fully irrespective of vehicle speed? I really like the rear spoiler open visually so was quite keen to be able to open it manually if possible. It's something I did on my 911...
I would have done the same as you if my car had been here this week and I hadn't been away on holiday during the following weeks. After I get back from holiday I will only have to wait a couple of weeks to get it on 1st September so it's not too bad. But it's interesting/frustrating that we all...
That's useful to know, thanks..
My dealer is suggesting that my car might turn up in the next few weeks and I have said I will delay taking delivery by a couple of weeks to the 1st September for the new 70 reg. However, they claim that due to the EV grant they have to deliver to customers...
I put my deposit down at the start of 2019 and was expecting my car in March but it kept getting delayed so much so that it got caught by the pandemic shut down. It eventually completed manufacture around the 20th May and has been stuck in a holding location ever since.
This is frustrating but...
It's possible to argue that lots of things with Porsche are not worth the money but it's good that we all have different opinions on aesthetics and what's important or else we would all be driving around in identical cars which would be so boring!
I have to admit that I thought the same when I originally looked at the configurator back in September last year or whenever it was. I had the same thoughts on the configurator with the 911 992 model sports design package as well but after seeing the 992 in the flesh I decided it was worth the...
As LFCDan has since mentioned, it is also my understanding that you can claim the first year allowance on the previous financial year. I think it's worth checking with your accountant...
Same situation for me, my car was completed on 28 May and still at Ahlhorn apparently.
Put my deposit down for this car around 18 months ago so it has become a painful wait and we still don't know how much longer it will be!
I previously checked if the luggage space changed in the technical spec on the configurator when I added the Bose or Burmester to the 4S and it stayed at 407 litres hence why I came to the conclusion it wasn't the reason for the difference to the Turbo/Turbo S. But it's entirely possible that...
Just checked the technical spec on the configurator for a Taycan 4S and the luggage capacity is 407 litres. This compares to 366 litres for the Turbo and Turbo S. So it would appear that the luggage capacity does vary but it might be more to do with the inverter size in the rear being larger on...
I just remember reading about it in an article some time ago that the boot in the 4S base model was bigger and assumed it would therefore be true but the motoring press frequently say things that are incorrect so I wouldn't be surprised if you were right.
The only way I could think of other than the obvious range difference you would expect is perhaps in the floor height of the boot/trunk. My understanding is that the boot is larger in vehicles with the smaller battery so if you have the plus battery it should be the smaller boot that you have...
Sorry if I have misunderstood your post but I thought the Taycan currently only came with 11kW charging on AC and that 22kW will come later. So why did they tell you your Taycan will come with 22kW if your 4S spec is already locked as your car details suggest it is? Thanks....
I don't have any pictures unfortunately but I have sat in 2 Taycans, the first with extended leather interior (in a Turbo) and the second with the standard interior (in a 4S). I have to say that I really liked the leather interior but I was very disappointed with the standard interior on the 4S...
