My originals did not have the clip (that needs to be removed and crazy glued back on) so I didn't need to do anything to the new lights. There was some stuck on foam on the top edge on both sides. I peeled that off and stuck on the new ones...

I have a Ludicrous Tesla and now a Taycan Turbo...and have driven the Turbo S: the "punch" of the Tesla is more immediate with a slight delay with the Taycan. After 1-2 seconds though the two are pretty even and of course the Porsche maintains the acceleration longer...
unfortunately, my taycan was showroom and had the thermal glass option...In the one I originally ordered I did not check that option...but it wasn't coming till Aug...
So the Taycan is like my old Tesla in that the only area of the windshield for radar detectors/tolls/gate openers etc is in the small window near the mirror? ugh, I hated that about my tesla...
Put charger on my home wifi and it immediately started downloading a software update, so yes, the wifi is used for updating the charger...too bad the car doesn't do this like my old tesla
