From what I’ve read, the fan is contacting something. A wire, perhaps. The solution is replacing the center module, I believe. I haven’t had my appointment yet to get to a resolution but I agree it’s suboptimal.

You may be describing the fan clicking/buzzing from the lower center display. I have it as well, but only when cold. I made a video to show the dealer. Others have had it as well.

Just a point of clarity, the modern 911 is more a GT than a sportscar.
