Agree, my GTS is very impressive on snow. Heater is very powerful too. Found out about the hatch issue the hard way. No damages though as far as I can tell.

I think it becomes noticable at around 20 % in cold weather.

Congratulations on an amazing car! Personally I dont think much about the range. The car is a joy to drive every day and I only charge it when I really need to. For long distance driving I normally drive one of my other cars. The GTS is driving experience before range.

To me this project sounds unrealistic - I would advice against it. Buy the car you want instead.

The plastic B-pillars will inevitably get scratched. My race tex pillars show no sign of ware whatsoever, however the car is still new but I am not expecting them to scratch, weels very durable.
