Will it start preheating the battery like the PCM navigation does when it knows it’s going to a charger? This is critical for charging times.

The cd literally makes no real world difference. The big difference is that the cool vent behind the front wheel well is shut off due to the power door mechanism. You’ll never notice…but it won’t pass the stick test.

Just wrap it tight and onto itself and it will be great. So overlap to it sticks to itself. Make sure the end of the tape is facing the steering wheel obviously.

No there isn’t! There’s an regency release if the charging cable is plugged in. Not to open the electric door. And both doors don’t work, so this is definitely software.

If you’re in a Taycan you will be “out there” already so the misses my not like being seen in the car whatever color it is. That said, dark silver / charcoal color is likely the least “stand out” color.
