Lol.
But it does drops in value quite a bit, like -40% in the first year.
Taycan is not even in the top 10.

No, honestly, I don't know any EV that looks better, drives better and is quicker than a Taycan so I don't have/want to sell it.
Except the Turbo GT but then again, I don't like the looks.
So....... depreciation, I really don't care.
First, if you are worried about depreciation don't sell the car.
Second, a car is a very bad asset to invest your money in.
Third, high end luxury cars loose half of their value in the fist 4-5 year.
Fourth, if you can't handle the depreciation you probably can't afford a Porsche.
Would I buy...
A dealer wants to earn money.
That's either by selling you warranty or by fixing your car outside the warranty.
You do the math.
...
See the conspiracy?
So, most people are afraid of paying huge bills so they take the extra warranty.
But.... a manufacturer who believes in his products can offer...
So that doesn't do anything, still 90% SoH.
Next test is to drive until the very minimum to "recalibrate" my SoH measurement.
I'll post when I have new data.
Fingers crossed.
PS I've updated to the pro-version of the Car Scanner app.
Currently I'm performing a 4 day charging test @ 0 to -5°C.
From SoC 45-70% (today).
Next days: from ~50-70% (~50 km)
Hopefully my SoH will go up too.
Normally I charge from ~20/30 to 100% (10kW) and only charge when I'm at ~20/30%.
With this test I charge every day and store for 3-4 days at a...
So it's not a benefit at all, it's just another way to control the climate control.
I don't understand why this is such a big "improvement" anyway tbh.
I'm running Flitsmeister (speed camera location app) on Android Auto on the middle screen (media is on passenger display).
With just ONE click...
I'm sorry for my ignorance but I don't see that red warning often lately...
In the beginning it was not common either but occasionally it happend, now it's really rare so I think you should put things in perspective.
There are over 100.000 Taycans sold so yes, there will be gremlins but not as...
Common misconception.
If the car isn't going to be heavier you don't need extra brake performance.
In terms of (kinetic) energy, there's nothing going to change as Ek =0,5mv^2
It may be a good idea to improve contact area for traction to get the power down properly though.
Too much.
Not only in color but in wheel choice as well.
Defenately don't like it at all.
Your previous one was TOP (the Gulf with HRE wheels) so I don't know what happened here....🤦🏻♂️
It's just plain wrong to get 22% of that 31% loss back by regen.
So total efficiency is 100%-31 to 35%*=69 to 65%.
Regen doesn't play a roll here as it has never left the system.
*including 0-4% auxiliary electric use.
