plug and charge

I took my 2022 in for new Tires and the heater recall issue. It came back in privacy mode that I cannot turn off. I also cannot plug and charge so I am charging manually off the My Porsche app. I've re-booted and tried (I think) just about everything. Any suggestions on how to fix this???
