📸 How to Find Your Taycan Production Photo From Assembly Line

Hi all,

Here are some photos of my GTS in carmine red, I used the website hack after getting a confirmation email stating production had been completed (over the weekend). Initially it said no production pictures.

However by checking the "staticData" section > milestones > 0(most recent milestone) > hasProductionImages: true
I knew pictures had been taken, and I now gather it requires a weekday for these to be uploaded onto your myPorsche / TYD. For reference these still don't appear on the website normally or on the My Porsche App.

Won't be too long before delivery in the UK for a new registration

Hi G,

Below >productionFiles, >productionImages

The last section with a drop down arrow next to it is listed as: >staticData.

Within that it has another dropdown section for >milestones - under your most recent milestones (in my case #1), it will state hasProductionImages: true.

Where did you find the staticData section in Chrome?

Does anyone know when you are able to track the ship your car is on ?

I had an update this week on myPorsche that says its on Stage 5/5 "Final Steps before delivery". Those from the USA seem to have a different TYD with many more steps.

To those in the know, is this the start of the journey including the shipping journey from Emden to Sheerness. Or is it the journey from Sheerness to my Porsche Centre ?

I was sent the following Event Key Dates:

V331 - Entry Port Emden - 28/07/2023
V332 - Exit Port Emden - 04/08/2023
GB00 - Entry Port Sheerness - 04/08/2023
GB01 - Exit Port Sheerness - 11/08/2023
V900 - Entry Dealership - 11/08/2023

I would have expected to roughly be aware what ship it was on by now. Unless it's accurate and the vehicle will be ready in the dealership tomorrow for PDI next week.

Any help and/or guidance would be appreciated.

Question... how long from production entry until exit (250->260) for you folks... Mine entered production on 7/26 and is still in production, it seems like a strangely long amount of time. C Red GTS ST, if it matters

I was poking around My Porsche website, and I was curious as to why the status of the car phase was mismatching Track Your Dream (My Porsche showed Scheduled for Production versus TYD showing Ready for Transport). Digging through some JSON payload, I found a link to the production image (see below).

Do you get this image normally, or is this a happy accidental discovery? I am attaching mine here!

Thanks for the info Kokos. I have got a CT4 on order, due for production in Nov, so will look into this when it starts.

Proof of life for 2025: I hadn't seen anyone report production photos for a post-facelift Taycan, so I was wondering whether they survived the transition. For anyone else in the same boat, I got the first photo for my 2025 CT (in Oak Green) today:

Never seen something like that in the German forum and it was pretty hard for me to get an estimated delivery date from my dealership.

I also ordered a CT in oak green - you sure that's yours?

I've never heard of it being a regional thing, and I'd be a little bit surprised if it was, given how much work they seem to have put into it. Originally it was part of a "Track your dream" website from Porsche, now it seems to have been folded into my.porsche.com.

If you've got a Porsche login that shows you your car order, if you navigate to the page that shows your current milestone (mine has a map showing it in Zuffenhausen right now), you can use the Developer features of your web browser to see all the files it loads for that page. For me there's a json file that starts with USM followed by my commission number. Right at the end there's a productionImages array that (for me, right now) has one item in it, with a link to that picture. They also surface it on the web page (as "production insights"), but that doesn't show up if productionImages is empty.

I also ordered a CT in oak green - you sure that's yours?

Being in Germany, you'd probably get it sooner than I would!

FWIW it has never been a thing available to Irish Porsche orders either. I looked into it with my dealer – only one in the country and therefore also the importer – and they couldn't get a solid answer from Porsche AG why they weren't available.

I can't imagine the pictures aren't actually taken.

Anyone know if this is available if you have a car that’s already been delivered and is already set up in the app? I bought my Taycan brand-new but without speccing it. Unfortunately cannot find the “orders?include-full-content=true/false?” when clicking on my vehicle in the overview page of MyPorsche.com

Anyone know if production images are available for MY2025? Now the website just tells you to use the app selecting Inspect on the home page doesn't produce a Network tab.

In the app I can see the production photos of my MY2023 4S CT but they are not there for my new one.
