'20 / '21 Software Update Bricked the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) control unit

After 7 days at the dealer for the update my Taycan Turbo PCM is unusable. Dealer indicates a possible PCM replacement is required, but there are none available in the US. Any ideas as to how to escalate the problem? Note: There are less than 700 miles on the vehicle...

Other threads on this forum discuss the trials and tribulations of the software updates and impact on a number of PCMs (some with less miles than yours) - might be worth a read if not already done so.

Bypass the dealer and go direct to Porsche NA if not already done so.

Did you get an (adequate) replacement vehicle?

If so I don't really see the problem. They are fixing it and taking their responsability?
