2020 Taycan 4s 12v battery issue

Hi everyone,
I am from Winnipeg Canada, just bought 2020 taycan 4s in last month, and the 12v battery alaways show me *battery low *
The dealership need to take the new battery for me, but until now didn’t get new battery almost 2 months ago
Everybody know how to solve this problem?
