AC turns off when switching into sports+ mode

I've recently noticed that the air conditioning shuts off (air still blows but it's not cold) when I switch from Normal to Sports+. I don't remember that happening previously - has anyone else experienced this? It happens when I have ECO AC on. The battery is not overly hot (83F) so I'm a little puzzled about it. If I wait 10 min or so it seems to turn back on but at a lower cooling power. Anyone else experience that? Just trying to figure out if this is an issue or a feature

I'm experiencing this as well, but I don't use Eco AC. I have to press Max AC to get cool air after I do a launch control. Wondering if I this requires service.

I'm curious, if you set up an Individual mode that mimics the Sports + settings, will it behave better?

Sport Plus as your individual drive mode does the same thing.

Bring up the AC menu and tap the AC button and it turns back on. It's annoying but the work-around is easy.
