Activating Porsche Connect Services

I myself have found it difficult to activate the Porsche Connect services in my Taycan. So I found this guide that helped me by breaking the process down into simple terms. I have attached what I found. I hope this helps.

*After you complete the Porsche Connect activation and link your account to the car, you MUST log into your account and "purchase" the services for $0.00 and accept the terms and conditions. This will ensure that all the services in your Taycan will work correctly including the Apple Music streaming service. If you have not received a Porsche Connect Invite link to your email, contact Porsche Connect Call center 754-312-4522 or 1-800-767-7243 and they will get that invite link sent out to you.

Even after you get that link and confirm your information, it can take a little while for all of your identity information to propagate trough Porsche’s backend, so if the apps or website don’t respond instantly just give it a little time.
