Woke up and checked TYD and my July production MY21 4S has now slipped again and showing a 1/14/22 delivery date. It’s slipped so many times I’ve lost track and while that’s frustrating, I find the lack of communication from Porsche or PCNA the even more frustrating thing. Wondered if anyone has email or contact info for Kjell Gruner or Oliver Blume. Thanks for any suggestions.

Let’s do a petition and have everyone delayed sign it or we can all send the same template and apply some pressure on them

I’m in. Consider me a part of any action initiated. I’m fed up and disillusioned by this entire experience.

Just keep in mind that every dealer can re-allocate your spot to his bedt clients and PCNA doesn’t care. Ask me how I know that…..!
Which end of this were you on?

The car and discount since they are at best will arrive in 2022 if they are arriving at all
I’m not sure they’ll give you a discount if they can sell the car otherwise without it.

I filed a compensation claim with PCNA for the delivery delay. The following was their response:

"I hope all is well.

We have carefully reviewed your goodwill request with our management team for your vehicle delivery delay. The delay of your vehicle delivery was caused by the semiconductor shortage. We ask for your understanding that the semiconductor shortage is a global supply issue outside the control of Porsche Cars North America and has impacted the entire automotive industry as a whole. Unfortunately, we would be unable to provide goodwill in this matter.
We suggest that you discuss your concerns with management at your selling dealership.

While we are unable to provide a different resolution, we appreciate the opportunity to review your concern. Thank you for contacting Porsche.

Kind regards,

Khymorah B.

I think their response makes sense and is reasonable.
Huh? There’s a batch of ‘21 cars that entered production in July and are still awaiting CP.08 status. At present there are ‘22 configs rolling off the production line, either complete or relatively complete, that are on ships or in customer’s hands. How does the aforementioned response by PCNA “make sense”?

What their response does not consider is the delay on certain MY2021 vehicles that are ariving 1 modle year old and MY2022 vehicles arriving at the same time or sooner. So why are the MY2022 not being affected by the parts shortages?

Hello from Greece,
I am very curious Bajas21 if you will get the car in April .I have the same order 4SCT mid july first delivery was Q4 2021,then it went March 22 and i recieved in written this week for last week of June...
I do understand that we cannot compare markets but I would be very curious to find out delivery dates from the mature European markets...

You’d have to ask Porsche that. Did you include that question in whatever you sent PCNA?
