Available parking spots?

On the extended map, I've noticed a green box with a fraction and I'm not exactly sure what it is. Best I can tell (and I've searched the web a ton) it is telling me the available parking spots at parking garages, can that be right?

I hope that's it because it's usually in the hundreds, but that seems like a lot. I'll take a picture next time I see it.
