1 year update on my battery:1) ?
2) 92%
3) 16k miles
4) 40% of charges on DC. A handful of times charging from 1-100%. Otherwise mostly kept around 15-70% SoC
5) November 2021 build

Cool - suspect the original premise for his thread, being net ambient temperature or climate zone, is perhaps the single biggest impact on SoH for everyday Taycan use.1 year update on my battery:
SoH 91.3%
31500miles
Same charging habits as before and a few track days seems to have had minimal impact. I was worried with track days doing multiple 100-0-100 cycles might have some impact but I guess not. Iāll have to do increase my track schedule to see what it does.![]()
Suggest re-reading the intro to this thread in post #1I know this thread is about SoH and I went over the definition which is basically a health index of the battery using very complex, but have to believe, well defined and consistent algorithm. However, when I look at the warranty language, it goes by Net Battery Capacity, so is it somewhere in the data that we are capturing using this process to report SoH, so we can easily capture it and monitor its expected decline in line with the warranty language below.

Apologies for slow following the subject. My re-reading suggests that the the SoH % is the measure of Net Battery Usable capacity referenced in the Warranty documents, so we can use a press published value of 83.7kW but more realistically it could be closer to 86.7kW as a starting point for PB+. Very cool.Suggest re-reading the intro to this thread in post #1
Thx will add to chart shortly! I rarely if ever get north of 3 mi/kwh - more typically 2.5-2.7. Only got into 270-290 range in fall of 2021 - not gotten back there as yet but driving trips a lot shorter this year.Update time.
1) unknown and always will be.
2) SoH currently 92.96%
3) 6309 miles total
4) Data on app only goes back to May 2023 but an educated guess is 900 kWh of DC charging.
5) 12/2022
Range has always calculated to between 270 & 280 miles at 100%. Still does despite some deterioration in the SoH. Average efficiency has slowly improved from 3.2 to 3.4 mi/kWh (and I'm probably driving the car harder than at first). Seems to be a legitimate calculation as I consistently get the guess-o-meter range.
Battery energy is 50 kWh according to Car Scanner. At a 62.75% SoC that works out to 79.9 kWh usable battery capacity.
I can't say I'm overjoyed to be at 93% SoH after only 6,000 miles but range has not seemed to be impacted so far. Legit improvement in efficiency offsetting the deterioration of the battery?

3) 8760kmAnother update
3) 5000km!
4) 94.74%
I'll start reporting less aka more spaced out to not pollute the charts.
Will be interesting to see if your car also starts to stabilise once you have dipped just below 90%??3) 8760km
4) 92.71%
At this rate, I'll be at 80% next year![]()
Iām concerned that my next reading will be a bit dismal given the extraordinary heat weāve had for over 3 months now especially the extreme overnight temps and effect on degradation - will report soon! Will be interesting to see if your car also starts to stabilise once you have dipped just below 90%??
My car seems to have done so and has been fairly stable at around 90% gor some time. I will try to get a new reading later today, as I have seen my range drop quite a lot lately. My consumption for driving similar stretches of 250 + km seem to be stable at 21 - 22 kWh/ 100 km, but the overal range has dropped to around 330km (about 200 mile).
I have also seen a dip in one of the modules lately that is a bit concerning! See screen shot below

I feel you. Since July it has been a furnace. Here. I travelled several days under an abrasive 44C temperature. This was also the first times I've seen the battery being 9C cooler then ambient surroundings so the A/C is definitely being used on the battery.Iām concerned that my next reading will be a bit dismal given the extraordinary heat weāve had for over 3 months now especially the extreme overnight temps and effect on degradation - will report soon!
I hope that it can be replaced under warranty. I used Car Scanner again and have identified the module and also the cell that seems to have the problem. The SOC is about 20% lower in this one cell compared to others. Can this module be replaced under warranty?
