Hi - what roof bars do people use / recommend for a Turismo with roof rails?
I need a t-track one for the roof box and bike rack that I already have.

Choices seems to be a flush or raised bar design.
Similar to these: https://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbvehsel3.php?emulate=roofbar&query=8799

I guess flush looks better and will generate less drag / noise.
Whereas raised will give more clearance for the glass roof and perhaps mitigate chance of damage to it.

Direct from Porsche @ £463 (raised bar) or under £300 for Thule from a different supplier.

I have the Porsche roof bars. They fit well, although, a bit fiddly the first time I put them on, as you need to locate them in the little holes on the side (inward facing). I am happy with the choice, although would have been nice if they were in black.

Also, no noticeable noise from the bars when I used them, but the bikes did make a noise, so either way you are likely to have a noise.

Mine is a CT with roof rails.

There is one thread here, where the pano got a crack.
Most certainly not from the roof bars but it was a question Porsche had...
Be sure, those roof bars are "allowed" on the Taycan or just don't tell Porsche...in case.

I have the Porsche brand bars too. I am conflicted on advising to purchase this part. I also ran into install issues documented on the forum of it's tight fitment and possibility of scratching the rail (I also got a light scratch).

The set has very tight tolerances, but when adjusted, fits perfectly like a glove.

I advise that the alignment pin hole is just a point of reference, the PIN doesn't secure the bar in place, tightening the bolts will.

Also note for the minority owners like me trying to interchange roof accessories, it appears all Thule branded T-bolts sets work with correct tolerances. But other car branded set manufactured by Thule may not. The T-bolts on my BMW accessory fit after I shaved the bolt plate by about 1/32 of an inch.

Thanks all.
The dealer is giving me a set of genuine bars :)
May put some helicopter tape on the rails before fitting the bars.

Yes, good idea to use some tape. I put on black electrical tape which ensured no scratches. 👍
