Big surprise on my 30,000 km. Service !

Have mentioned Smartlift has been erratic for the last two months and they installed a software update campaign to no avail. Yet they tested it and see the same behaviour. Smartlift appears and disappears, sometimes it asks whether you want to save location, others not. Same for Smartlift raising car in saved locations, sometimes it works, most it does not. So after two full days at the dealer, I have to pick it up tomorrow. They did a full PCM reset which did not help either. They are telling me now to retrieve my car tomorrow and they will advise me as they may have to change the PCM. I asked where the brains are located and they are under the PRND lever. They can reach it by removing a few interior pieces with access from the passenger footwell. Not to keen on that…
