Porsche Taycan Brake Pads are incredibly slim B65DF60A-1CCF-4161-AD4F-F6BC6F30F4DB
Just saw that the brake pads are so slim comparing to ICE cars. I would consider that Porsche really made regen braking extremely well that doesn’t need discs and pads. In fact I’m personally braking 90% regenerating even when driving a bit sporty every now and again.

How many kms?

I’m wondering what the pad thickness is when new. I recall that they are quite thin to start with.

After 8000 miles and 1 day at the track I was measuring 8mm in front and 6mm rear. Had a prior service report from the dealer measuring 10mm front and rear but not sure how accurate that was.

10.000 km, no track use, 70% highways. I will measure today if I can, I’ll update you
