Can you retrofit roof railings on a Cross Turismo with pano roof?

Wife and I are looking at used Cross Turismo's, and was wondering if it is possible to have roof railings retrofitted to cars already fitted with a pano roof?

I would have said no but take a look at this thread where its mentioned probably possible. You really need to talk to your Porsche dealer as they would have to fit them.
