Congratulations, what a result! (also demonstrating what little effect going overboard on cost options has on resale).
I had no intention of selling my Cayenne E-Hybrid when I took it in for service, but they'd just taken delivery of their Taycan 4S CT demonstrator, which I tried out of curiosity... and ordered my Turbo CT. Significantly less loadspace, but so far ahead in all other departments that I was smitten.
I’m in Northumberland and don’t see many Taycano up here (or GT’s!) but I parked close to a Turbo in your colour in Cramlington recently.

Great looking car and I can’t imagine what those extra horses you have over mine feel like!

I see quite a few here. I pass two regularly on my commute, both Cross Turismo.

I actually thought the base Cross Turismo was enough, but thought the 4S would be the sweet spot.
But during my search this Turbo came up for similar money to 2-3 other 4S’ I’d found. And thought why not as it was more money to begin in so figured it may suffer less depreciation. (Man maths of course).

Sounds mad. But if there was a button to turn it down for regular mundane driving I would probably use it.

Your part of the country is a very happy place for me, though I've not made the trip across in the Taycan, I need to overcome my reluctance to being dependent on public charging to get me home. There are loads of Taycans in urban areas on my side, virtually all sedans which I'd guess are business leases (I've only encountered 1 Frozen Blue in the wild).
As to Turbo power v 4S/E-TRON-GT, I felt that the 4S had more than enough power for 99.N% of situations, the variable N tending to 9 with typical traffic and roads (I assume not the case where you are!), maybe a second or so every 30 mins driving. Thankfully, the power delivery characterisics (as I guess for most performance EV's) makes them ideal for both crawling along in traffic and enthusiastic driving, with a rapid transition easily made between those extremes (case in point- after a day on track in hired Taycan Turbos at up to 150+mph, I set off home in my own car and within minutes was crawling through roadworks, an extreme contrast of conditions but the car felt equally at ease with both).

Well good to know there is another ice blue across here. I needed something more anonymous unfortunately.

Agree about the power and every day usability. I've owned sports bikes which were either on or off and were not happy unless in licence losing territory.

This thing is a pussy cat - until it's not, but all very controllable and fun. In fact it's the closest car I've ever driven to a performance bike for outright overtaking ability making it extremely safe.

Just back from a weekend in the Lakes (210 mile round trip, no public charging required) and we came back the roman road rather than the A69. Unreal!

And if you are ever across here Ionity at the Metro Centre and Alnwick are useful fast chargers and we have a few Instavolts dotted about which are always reliable.

Thanks that's useful local info, I really must stray out of my comfort zone and plan a tour.
I used to do a lot of work travel between Lancs and Newcastle and always allowed time to take the scenic routes, roman road out and Alston pass (A686?) return, which was fun even in the work pool's Montego turbodiesels. Sadly I don't think I could do the Alston route justice with my wife or dog in the Taycan.

Back in May 2024 after much deliberation, I ordered a new 2024 Cayenne E-Hybrid. And loaded it with the desired options, one of which that I was dead set on was InnoDrive. Some like it. Some don’t. I really do.

After lots of delays and stop sales.

It was finally delivered on Tuesday. And from the off. It had an issue. InnoDrive wasn’t present. After quite a bit of back and forth and with the position as currently. We have no fix. They agreed to undo the deal.

During the period of delays they kindly put me in Taycan Sport Turismo. Which I thought was bloody fantastic. It was just the rwd base and I said at the time. It was more than enough, though would prefer a 4S. During my search a loaded Turbo popped up for basically the same as a 4S.

Ive now gone for it and agreed to buy from a different dealer a Taycan Cross Turismo Turbo. It’s a June 2023 with 1,300 miles used as the demo. It was £152k we’ve agreed on a deal at £111,400.

The Taycan is the most amazing car in terms of drivability. Surprised that a Taycan would be a substitute for a Cayenne given the SUV's larger size and capabilities. I have a sport turismo and love the utility of the Hatch but it's no substitute for my BMW IX which is the car I take when I need the utility space of an SUV.
