Catastrophic PCM failure and other tech issues

voice activation quit randomly. No response to hey Porsche, and when they voice button pushed a message would say “not available in this language”. Worked on a Sunday and quit on a Monday.

I just have this happen on my car. Did they manage to fix the car for you? What did they do?

Hi there. Yes they did fix it in the end. Required ordering a new PCM from Germany. But it did fix the issue.

Waiting on my 4S due sometime in July, I hope, but these threads are scaring the ship out of me as my closest dealer is 45 miles away and if I have the same continual problems , it's the Lemon Law for me!

Since my PCM replacement, things have been fairly smooth. So hopefully you will be all good.
