Oh Gawd...... that is cold. I'm Canadian and had to defect to California.......
My Dad went to University of Manitoba..... but Edmonton is a whole other level of cold...... LOL.

Your car looks badass in Cherry..... that was on my short list of colors. That color and the body colored wheels must leave people in Edmonton in this weather with their jaws on the floor........ I think the car color would melt the snow just by moving over it..... LOL.

At -30 C the entire electrical system is under duress. I can subjectively "feel" the car complaining. The regen system is making odd noises, the front fascia motorized vents are groaning, the internal battery system (high voltage) is making odd sounds. And range is max at ~ 250-260km (about 162 miles), even with 85% charge and conditioning. Hmm.

I have noticed a drop in range as well, was constantly showing 280 and now in sub 30s it has changed to 240 and I have a feeling the true range might even be a little less than that but no complains, it is still a plenty. I love the fact that you are driving your car in winter, I do to too, rain or snow, even through I have RWD but l am okay with light snow.

Well, here she is (2022 Taycan 4S) - picked up yesterday!

FWIW, it arrived at the dealer only 10 days later than the original estimated delivery date, and 11 days before the latest trackmydream estimate.

Very happy with the color and wheel combination!

BTW, the interior (Limestone & Black) is what I'd describe as "tannish gray" or "grayish tan" - whereas I thought it looked in the configurator more like tan, not gray. I was actually pleasantly surprised - it looks great with the cherry metallic (in fact, a guy walking by when it was outside said, "That gray interior really looks good with that color."

I'm surprised at how much noise it makes when just sitting parked. I like the sport sound when moving, but the "idling" noise is a bit much (sounds a.most like an ICE vehicle idling).

Now...I just need to figure out all of these setting possibilities!

That looks fantastic...... love that color with Mission Es. I better not see any more Cherry pics or I'm going to regret Jet Black...... lol.

Cherry metallic in the sun is great! No luck with that around here these days...
Agree on the limestone - I really dislike beige in most forms, but the limestone looks great with cherry red.
