Hi, my GTS is about 4/12 old. Has comfort access. Normals locking doors with fob has no issues but not infrequent there’s a chipping sound.

I know some cars have a setting where you can set a chirp on closing.

I can’t see that on the car.

it annoys me and us not infrequent.
Does something need lubricating?

The chirp is a notification feature that alerts you if you attempt to remote lock the vehicle if the car is not completely closed
For example the front trunk is open or a door not closed or if remote locking is pressed prior to completion of the automatic boot closing finishing

Weird. Thanks for that. I swear it’s happened when everything is closed but I might be incorrect. Will monitor

I initially thought that too but always happens if remote lock activated as but before boot (or a door) closes
Also easy to inadvertently unlock the frunk and not be aware of it so will chirp if you try and lock the car -it happened a few times before I realised I must have unintentionally pressed the frunk release button
Hope I am right 😬
