I have the same problem since last Friday. Initially I thought it was the Porsche server crashing because of high traffic with the WLG update. I called Porsche Connect support line. The guy first suggested resetting the car to factory settings (not very enthusiastic about it considering I have to reprogram everything including the garage opener), then talked with his supervisor and said several cars reported a similar problem, so he will create a ticket. They will "call within 24h with a resolution". 30 hours and change now, but I will cut them a brake, I suspect they have another bug that is not easy to fix.
And just like that, car connection started working again. Patience rules :)

Ok, I may have found something.
Charging profile: 100% charge, time 14:30, temperature set to 22°C.
This time it worked like a charme.
What did I do?
1. Set airco to normal instead of ECO.
2. Checked the box (airco by remote set to on).

I unchecked it cuz of energy saving in the past.
Now it seems this one should be on, otherwise the airco doesn't cool the car, I think...
The airco remembered the setting in Normal mode (ECO off).
I'll do some more testing but at least it works properly now! :)

I also managed to send some profiles to the car.
Sometimes it doesn't work the first time but take your time, it'll work.

I found something else:
In the configuration menu for the range mode it shows a box which you can check or uncheck.
It's about changing settings or something like that.
I think it changes not only the maximum speed at low level of charge but also the airco settings.
I unchecked it and now my airco doesn't go to ECO in Normal drive mode anymore, HA!

Thanks that is interesting! With the heatwave here now it will be needed. The car is very hot when it stays in ECO A/c!

Are you able to set the temperature Within a charging profile?
