Cooling System Error message

Has anyone run into the cooling system error pictured below? The service department said they haven't seen it before and it is going to take them a few days before they can get in hooked up to the diagnostic computer. Curious if anyone has seen this and what the outcome was?

Oddly enough, when I took delivery of this car in December, the heater was a lemon and had to be replaced. I wonder if this has something to do with it.

Yep.
A sensor had to be replaced on mine.
The car couldn’t cool down the battery and so after a fast charge it stayed too hot during a long trip and had to slow down to keep the battery cool. So every stop was taking longer than usual.
But after the little sensor changed, no problem.

I just had this error appear on my 22 Taycan 4S. I took it by Porsche Naples and they found the coolant was very low. No leaks were apparent. They added coolant and we are going to watch it for leaks. My garage shows no leaks past or present. I have over 25,000 miles on my car. No other issues other than software with the car to date. It's a mystery.

Disclaimer: this is total speculation. I do not intend to get you unnecessarily concerned.
When considering the possible egress routes for coolant, together with Taycan recall topics, I wonder if there is an intersection with the HV battery case sealant recall. I’m imagining that your HV battery has the faulty/leaking seal, and the coolant is escaping through it.

My Taycan wasn't part of the group of cars subject to the battery case sealant recall. My understanding of the cooling system is that it's complex to say the least. They call it the "snake pit" at the dealer with hoses labeled A thru L. If anything needs to be replaced it will take a very long time if others experiences are a guide. Keeping my fingers crossed that it was low since I purchased it.

A little late with this reply, sorry. Same as @BluBaby Engine coolant was low and had not leaks or other problems. For whatever reason, must have not put enough coolant in at the factory.

Thanks for the response, mine ended up being impact damage to the radiator somehow. I found another thread with the same problem, seems the radiators are too exposed

Several weeks since the low coolant and a couple of hundred miles of driving and no further error messages. Weird that it took almost 2 years to pop up if it was low from the start. I have a dash cam and I watched the tech and service advisor checking it out and adding coolant. They put it up on the lift too to look for leaks.
