Curb rash on turbo wheels

Hey all,

i have really minor curb rash on two of my turbo aero wheels, on the silver lip. Has anyone had something like this repaired on these wheels?

Seems like a good opportunity for Porsche start offering PSCRs (Porsche Surface Coated Rims) - tungsten coated to minimise curb rash.

Curb rash is insanely easy and cheap to repair. It should really be part of routine service lol.

I'm admittely a very careless parallel parker and curbed my rims at 800kms. It was fixed by a guy who came to my house in Van, took an hour and cost about CAD$150. I don't even know if he took the tires off. Indistinguishable from new unless you have your nose against it.
