Delete Phone From PCM?

My car is in for the ANA6 update. Having read how folks have needed to re-login, and set up CarPlay over again, I tried to proactively delete all paired phones from my PCM's device list before my appointment. I just could not find a way to do it! Tried swiping across in the Device Manager screen, tried various Options screens. Perhaps I missed something, but I spent a solid 20 minutes spelunking on this with no success.

How do I delete a phone or other paired bluetooth devices from within the PCM?
