I got a little over 7% on an incoming 2021 which I picked up last week.

In stock 2020 should be 10% all day long. After all it’s a one year old car subject to typical year two depreciation compared to my 2021.

I am considering an in stock my2020 Taycan Turbo discounted 19% but my biggest problem with it is the standard white color....but the price is looking better and better.

Standard White - as opposed to Carrara White metallic you mean?
When I walked around the dealer stock I saw both whites side-by-side on 911s I could barely tell the difference to be honest. More comparison pictures here, if that helps:

What is an expected discount on a custom ordered 2021 Taycan 4s being ordered now. Looking at a roughly $146k build with all of the options..

Since the car is relatively unchanged for 2021 and was released late in the model year cycle, this is probably not entirely true. Additionally, a 10% discount was not generally accessible all over since these cars are being produced in limited numbers and are selling very well. I was lucky since I had a valuable car to trade in which helped me get this deal. The trade in value was very fair in my opinion, and after CPO'ing my car, they still turned a $15g profit on it.

I think that 5-6% off should be fairly easy to obtain.

Well I was offered 9-10% on a 2020 from four different dealers in different parts of the US (Seattle, LA, Texas and New York).
I ended up getting 7% on an incoming 2021 in New Jersey no problem. I figured the 3% was a no brainer. The 2021 has heads up display which I wanted (and got) wireless CarPlay(which is awesome) and I hear several internal components are upgraded(not sure on this one). Plus the fact that a 2020 purchased in December 2020 has a one year old depreciation curve (15% +) in 30 days (since valuation is based on MY not months in service)
