Are you serious?
You are living in a country where they put and keep almost anything on the road, let alone the English craftsmanship to restore classic vehicles.
Are you sure there's no one in your country that can fix this?
Still, you haven't answered my question about the tire...
I’m sure there are many wheel refurb specialists that will do it. What I am explaining to you is that Porsche dealerships in the UK are mandated not to refurbish these wheels, I’m baffled too! The tire lip does protrude, clearly not enough! There was no damage to the tire.

Heard from one dealer today who thought ( unquote) that Porsche could be concerned of third party’s jacking the car and damaging the battery system
That comment I just can’t believe ,!!

Yep, they said the same to me! Supposedly needs a Porsche specialist just to remove and replace the tire!

Guys, dealerships make major money on repairs. If you just take your car to the dealership and don't independently verify, they're going to run you through the gamut of bullshit. It's how they make most of their money.

Only bring your car to a dealership for warranty covered repair, otherwise there are thousands of far more reputable shops.. especially for tires. That curb rash can be buffed out easily and probably flawlessly. Someone in the states posted about repairing curb rash on their Mission E wheels, cost $350 a tire (which still seems steep and was through a dealership for same day repair) but otherwise no problem.

Do you know any in the Greater London area that you would recommend and trust would do a proper job?
You can give Lepsons a call: https://www.lepsons.com/
My Porsche Indy (Jaz) is based North of London but shipped my wheels all the way down there for refurb. Gotta be doing something right!

Else perhaps try calling one of the other south/ London-area Porsche specialists (JZM, Portiacraft, RPM Technik..) and see where they send their clients’ GT3 RS wheels after they’ve nicked the wall at Silverstone. ;)

Reminds me of when I had puncture in tread of my Cayman S. Dealer said they are not allowed to repair tires and would have to replace the tire. After I refused, the Service Manager took me aside and recommended a tire dealership they use. Sure enough, the tire dealership repaired the tire, I saved big bucks, and I have had no problems for 2 years now.

Thanks Clint. I might take you up on your offer!
You just need to find a good wheel shop, and it will look like new. Make sure you go to a shop that has recommendations from people you know! There are some terrible places out there as well, but a top quality shop will make that wheel look like new. No problem.

First - damn it’s a pain to curb the wheels. Very sure it can be repaired. I have had several cars done (in my business etc) and they look flawless afterwards. There is nothing structural here on the wheel to be concerned about but maybe the lifting points of the car should be studied carefully before jacking it up.

Anyway it seems you have the Sorround view - and this is exactly the reason I would have specced it - if you could see the curbs. But you can’t - Porsche has greyed out the nearest 10 cms around the car. My dealer was raving about the surround view so I made a bet. If she could see my shoe, that I would place along the car as a curb would be possitioned, on the screen I would tick the box. Guess what happended ... Rather fun to se her switching views, rotating the camera angles etc.
For my needs the surround view is useless.

I’m gutted, curbed my wheel last week and thought it would be a quick alloy refurb through Porsche at a cost of c. £150 max. Spoke to my dealership and they said we cannot refurb these wheels, it needs replacing! Literally a light scrape, I cannot justify replacing the wheel at a cost of over £1k ! Has anyone else curbed the mission E wheels and if so any similar feedback from the dealer?

I did much worse to both my front and rear Mission-E wheels on the right side of the car and got them repaired for about USD$800. It wasn't even necessary to dismount the tires.

Here is the post where I describe this event, who repaired the wheels, and the cost.

Supposedly all Porsche dealers have been instructed not to refurb any wheels. I have spoken to three different dealerships around London all giving me the same response. See if your local Porsche dealer has a different view, it’s bizarre..
I will check this tomorrow as have also ordered the mission E wheels if they can’t be repaired I will change them

I have tyre and alloy insurance through shortfall in UK about £350 for 3 years for the Taycan 21 inch N rated and size. They use Dr Alloy based near Croydon but are mobile so they come to your house or work, they are sorting my wife’s alloys next week. Worth googling them and giving them a call. They may be nationwide not sure

No just get your local tyre place or wheel refurb guy to follow safe jacking points in the manual. I have done this for last 4 years on a Tesla it’s not an issue

I seriously damaged several wheels over the years (not the Taycan yet)and have taken them here, they've always done a great job https://www.proalloys.co.uk/
