Anyone else seeing this? Basically, open up "My Porsche" at the Porsche web site. You should see your car, a battery indicator to the right, and then a button for "Car Control settings".
Click that button to get to the "control" section. There, click the "E-Mobility" tab.
When I do that, I get "An error has occurred" - kind of a 404 page - every time. All the other tabs work.
