I would definitely recommend the Ceramic Pro 'Gold Package' (5 coats) for both the complete Xpel wrap and the wheels/calipers. I get a lifetime guarantee with yearly 'refreshes' at $120 each. It rained all day yesterday and my car was parked in my business lot for the day and driven back and forth to work. I blew the dirt off the rear of the car for 1 minute with my electric leaf blower after pulling into my garage, and the entire car looks like it was just washed. You have to look closely to see any dirt, and that's around the inside wheel arches. The car will never need to be waxed.

Looks great and thanks for the recommendation. My car is at the Ceramic Pro shop getting the following, 3 step paint correction, full front Ceramic Pro Kavaca clear bra installation, Ceramic Pro Gold package ceramic coating, and Ceramic Pro IR window film on the sides / rear, 20% tint.

I'm not getting the tint on the glass roof. I put 1200 miles on the car and without any paint protection the dark color scratches a lot. Looking forward to get it back, hopefully by Monday.

Can you elaborate more on your Escort system - currently only have a portable 360c max which is great but not so much in the Taycan with my insulated glass!

Did you also go with laser jammers or just detection? Assume they etched the mirror and installed the messsging unit in your mirror correct?

Are there directional arrows like I have with the 360 and can they be displayed in the mirror output also? Also how chatty is the Ci system vs the 360 I wonder?

I should and will do more of my own research , but curious as to your install and user experience,

Thx for the response and ref info - the shop I am getting my custom paintwork done at this week etc is actually an authorized installer for Escort (Extreme Off-road and Performance, Katy, TX) - I looked at this system a long time ago for my M4 but all of these systems have advanced a lot since (Radenso and others - even newer AI based setups etc.) - I really like the 360's modern angle on it so seriously considering getting them to work on my car (I have done this type of install with diff. products myself before but think I might be lazy this time and have the pro's do it - that and I may try to get a sort of bespoke inlay etc for the controller(s) w/o breaking the bank I hope!
