My son mentioned to me after our drive today that the light had fallen down in the passenger foot well.
It almost looks like an incomplete installation. The panel does not really attach well and there are no attach points just flimsy lips to slide into place made of a recycled semi-stiff cloth like material.

Went for another test drive he bumped it with his foot and the light fell out again. Reinstalled it and just driving it tends to want to fall out.

For comparison I took a picture of my 2008 911 C4S. Much more secure. Stiffer panel material. Attach points.

Is everyone else’s Taycan footwell like this?

1st image light dangling and flimsy panel.
2nd image light in place
3rd image 911 light and panel

One more nuisance item to add to the list when I take it into the dealer next.

Drivers footwell panel appears to be of the same material, however, attached slightly more secure.

I guess no more kids in the front right seat to kick the footwell panel.
