You need to log into "My Porsche" and in there under Services you will find the Porsche Charging Service. Register on that and your Ionity card should appear in the post about a week later.
I've done that... See attached.. I assume this should show three years and not one?

Is the subscription automatic? My dealer didn’t even mention this to me. They said to use BP as its about 30p / kWh .. no mention of Ionity..
So do I need a card for the Ionity chargers and how do I get this, do you know?

Thanks.
Yesthree years subscription for the service is included when you buy the car. As @TSS said above you need to log in and activate it.

You also can start the charging through the Connect App on your phone after activating, as well as through an app that is called Charging on the AppStore. There is a tab where you can scan the code on the Ionity charger and start charging. Works great for me that way or with the Porsche charge card. You will then get the bill monthly through your Porsche ID and need to leave your credit card details for this.

Real horror to hear that your Porsche dealer did not inform you about this. Some dealers have a Taycan specialist engaged at handover but looks that is not standard. Really bad for such a luxury car!

You have done it and it seems that Porsche just state one year at a time. Mine is the same but the contract states for three years so wait and see.
