I don’t have the car yet, but I’ve seen some posts saying the car should be off before charging. Seems strange the issue you are having. Have you tried charging from the Porsche charger plugged into a socket? Also try the other charge port.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated. It still does not work. I went to a friend and tried his charger, which worked well. So it is probably a problem with the home system. I also tried a fast charger (175kw) nearby, which after some initial issues worked. The trip to Switzerland will be a bit of a test.
