Theres a hidden button on the underside of your wheel at the very bottom. Refer to your manual if needs be

I find it a good level. It's been too hot on some cars I've had.

I do think the heat seating on level 3 could be hotter, though.

I only happened to turn this on last night and noticed that it is hardly heated but more "warmed" My Heated wheel on the BMW and Range Rovers got very nicely warm and snug however on the Taycan it just about warms up - almost like on a setting of 1-5 its a 1.

Is mine a fault or are all of them like this?

I too find the heated steering wheel on the Taycan to be a little cooler than our other models. Macan, Cayenne, and Panamera almost get too hot for me.

I tried my heated steering wheel for the first time today. I would call it lukewarm, not hot like in some other cars we have owned. So, I tried the heated seats. On level three they were warm, but not hot like some other cars. I guess the idea is to make the driver more comfortable, but not to waste too many electrons.

I can only compare to my Cayman S before Taycan. Cayman S was red hot coals compared to Taycan.

The wheel and seats both heat up quickly compared to other vehicles I've driven, but they never get as hot, particularly the wheel. For my personal comfort level, they are close to perfect. I feel that most heated steering wheels get uncomfortably hot, almost burning, after a few minutes and I have to turn them off. At which point they get cold. The Taycan's is probably the first and only heated wheel that I've been able to just leave on and have it be comfortable.

With all that said, though, there have been one or two times already that I've wanted an initial burn from the wheel heat, and you definitely do not get that.

My Racetex wheel is just right: warms up my frozen hands quickly, but it's not uncomfortable to let the heat stay switched on after that.

My 2016 MB ute gets too hot, but the 4S is just right ... so far.

Winter hasn't even technically begun yet up here. I'll let you know when it's -25 deg C and blowing...

Taycan gets lukewarm, but Range Rovers get too hot. To the point where you need to turn it off.

I wonder how long before some manufacturer patents a heated steering wheel with settable heat level (or target wheel temperature). Novel idea, I know.

Dual zone heated steering wheel control so I can’t set it separately for each hand. ?

I preferred the heated steering wheel on Jaguar I Pace than the Taycan. Heated up perfectly.

It’s definitely not as hot as my previous Cayenne, but for me it’s just right.
