I have recently found the option to allow Auto regeneration of energy. However, it seems to default back to "off" each time I switch the car off. Is there a way have having the "Auto" setting permanently on.

Thanks

Just use the regen button on the steering wheel. Press and hold to set regen to auto.

If you have Sport Chrono you can configure your Individual mode to include auto recuperation. You still need to switch to Individual mode each time you start but this way you can at least change chassis, throttle response and sport sound to your liking at the same time as auto regen.
