Indicator indication symbol stuck

Has anybody seen this bug? I have permanent left indicator symbol displayed. It never goes away, even after using hazard warning lights button:

When I drive, indicator symbols simply do not work anymore.

Sorry this happened to you. Do the indicator lights work or are they also off? Sounds like a trip to the dealership- hopefully they can fix that for you

Got it fixed by the dealer this week! It took them a couple of hours.
